CHEWING OF FOOD

Whatever we eat breaks down into small particles in order to digest .As when we do not chew food 28-33 times our food is not properly digested .Chewing your food gradually and slowly is very important It helps to reduce your stress and helps the stomach to metabolize your food.

EXERCISE OR STAY ACTIVE

After having your meal the next best thing is to keep yourself moving and active ,Don't just sit at a single place.In order to digest your food try working out so that your digestive system uses your food .This helps to increase transit of gut.

EAT MILD AND IN PORTIONS

Usually whenever we eat heavy foods .It takes a long time to digest since our digestive system is not capable of handling it.Eating a healthy diet which is easy to digest and to break is very important.When we eat in portions it gets better to digest.You wont get a feeling of bloating,Gas and much more which we usually get by heavy foods.
